Do not interpret numbers by yourself
Results must be interpreted together with previous medical history, current symptoms and other clinical information, not only the numbers printed on the report. A value outside the reference range does not automatically confirm a particular disease, and a value within range does not exclude every health problem.
Confirm three points during consultation
Ask ① which parts of this result need further clarification, ② what has changed compared with previous results, and ③ what action is needed next. Bring the complete report showing every test name and date for an accurate and efficient discussion.
Make a specific plan after testing
Ask whether further tests, day-to-day health management or another consultation is needed, and record the plan. Never start a new medicine or change an existing medicine on your own based only on numbers in a result report.
